Labor Day

My boss told me about Heritage Square and thought it'd be a great place for Adrian and I to take Hadley on Labor Day. So off we went. It's kind of this hidden gem that no one really talks about. Yes, it's been around since the 1970's, and yes it's a bit run down, but it was cheap, not crowded at all (no lines), and the rides were the perfect size for Hadley. They are pretty much carnival rides, but we didn't mind. The alpine slide was my favorite and Hadley wasn't scared at all on the chair lift up to the top of the mountain. That sealed it for us--we're taking her skiing this winter!
